Brooke Shields decided to team with a body contouring treatment company after she discovered a few "stubborn areas" that no amount of diet and exercise could shift.
Last year (18), the 53-year-old flaunted her figure for bikini brand Swimsuits For All, alongside Ashley Graham and shoe designer Angela Simmons.
And while her toned body would make women half her age jealous, Brooke has now confessed she isn't averse to getting a helping hand when it comes to keeping in shape.
After being announced as the new spokeswoman for Hologic's body contouring laser treatment SculpSure, Brooke said in a statement: "Through the years, I've worked really hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but there's always a few stubborn areas that I can never quite change. I chose SculpSure treatments because I was looking for a body contouring option that complements the hard work I put in every day, and I want to inspire others to feel beautiful and confident."
As part of her new role, Brooke stars in SculpSure's Be strong. Be sexy. Be confident campaign.
Talking to People magazine about growing old in Hollywood, the former model moaned that staying in shape constantly gets harder.
"I work out a lot and I always try to stay really fit and really healthy - it's a lot of work," the Suddenly Susan actress sighed. "And the older you get, the harder it is. There are some spots that no matter what I did, no matter how much weight I lost, they were still there. They caused me to be insecure, and for all of the hard work that I was doing, that was really frustrating to me. SculpSure addresses that."
